Your time is valuable and we understand that, which is why we’ve developed a very simple process for working with The Dollhouse. Everything on your end can be handled online if you prefer, it’s that simple. Take a look below at The Dollhouse process from quote to delivery in just a few easy steps.

We’re glad you’re here. Take a look at our services and pricing to determine what works best for you and your property. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, or your property is over 5000 sq ft, please contact us for a custom quote. If it can be made with a camera, we can probably do it.

Contact us to discuss your property, get an accurate estimate, and schedule a time for your photo shoot!
Day of the Shoot
The day has arrived! We’ll arrive and do a walkthrough of the property to get a sense of our workflow. If an agent is present, we’ll be happy to discuss any standout features and highlights. We have put together a list of helpful staging tips so that the property is ready to be photographed when we arrive.
Payment
You’ll receive an invoice for services via email shortly after the shoot. We accept payments via credit/debit card, ACH transfer, PayPal and Venmo.
Photo and Video Delivery
Photography is ready within 2 working days (excludes Sunday). Videos are ready within 3 working days.
When your images are completed, we will send you a unique login for our Client Area. You’ll be asked to create your own password, and you will have access to your secure client page that contains previews and download links for your photos and videos. Your download links will be valid for 6 weeks from delivery. If you have multiple properties with us, they’ll all be conveniently listed together on your client page.
360 Tours Delivery
360 Tours are generally ready in 24-48 hours. For Zillow 3D Home tours, we will add you to the tour in the Zillow admin so you can review it and add it to your listing. Matterport 3D tours are hosted by Matterport, so we will include a link to your tour in the client area that you can embed on your website or add to your MLS. Matterport tours are hosted for 6 months by default.
Floor Plan Delivery
Floor Plans based on virtual tours are usually ready in 2-3 working days and are delivered as high resolution JPEG files.
Website Delivery
Listing websites are ready within 3-4 working days. As soon as we’re done editing your photo, video and tour materials we will use them to create your website and post it live on your domain. We’ll include a link in the Client Area and you can start sharing right away.
