Rescheduling and Refund Policy

In order for us to provide exceptional and reliable service to all of our clients, the following policies and penalties are in effect for Rescheduling, Cancellations, No Shows, Late Fees, and Refunds.
Things don’t always go according to plan, so we try to be as flexible with rescheduling as possible and will reschedule your shoot at the earliest convenience for both parties.
We would always prefer to reschedule your photo shoot than to cancel it entirely, but you may cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment.
LATE FEES / NO SHOWS
If you are unable to make our appointment time, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.
We allow a 30 minute grace period on appointment times, however late starts may impact the quality or quantity of the work we are able to complete.
If the start time is pushed more than 30 minutes due to a late arrival, a $50 late fee will be added to your invoice.
Any arrivals more than 60 minutes past our appointment time will be considered a ‘No Show’. Your appointment will be canceled and you will be subject to a $100 fee if you choose to reschedule.
We rarely need to reshoot a property, but on rare occassion a pickup shot may be necessary.
If the Dollhouse requests a reshoot, we will notify you as soon as possible with a full explanation of the shots required and perform the reshoot for no additional charges.
If the Client requests a partial reshoot or additional photography, you will be charged a $50 reshoot fee plus $20 per image. Full reshoots will be charged at our standard rates.
CHANGE OF SCOPE
You may change the scope of your services at any time for no additional charges or fees.
If you decide you need less than you originally requested, you can let us know up until the time of the shoot. We will adjust your final invoice to reflect the new services. Because we book appointments according to the time required to complete the work, if your new invoice amount is less than your deposit, you will be charged only for your deposit. We cannot issue refunds on deposits based on a change of scope.
If you decide you would like to add additional services up until the time of the photo shoot, you will be invoiced for the additional services separately. We cannot guarantee to perform the additional services at the same appointment, but we will do everything we can to schedule your additional services as quickly as possible.
No refunds will be given after the photography services are performed.
